During this unprecedented time in our history I, like you, have been wondering what the heck is going to happen!? Personally, much of my business is usually in person with a lovely mix of online work. Now, with a possible shut down here in London I am shifting my attention to all of you out there in the world who may already be in self-isolation and wondering what to do to either maintain your current fitness, start a new plan (well, because, hey, you have the time right!) or those of you who may be feeling some anxiety around the current world situation (movement is wonderful to soften how anxiety feels). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So, during this weird time of self-isolation why not take some time to re-focus on you?
